Employee Entrepreneur Mindset – Which Do You Have?
What I want to shoot the breeze to you about today is something that gets a lot of conversation and is tossed around a lot. That is the Employee versus Entrepreneur mindset. The problem because see it though is that most times this topic is discussed it isn’t a conversation that works extremely well to enlighten people regarding different ways of thinking, but to look to convince someone what fresh way of thinking happens to be. How they should think. How really should act. What they have to. It`s usually in a manner to convince them purchase your or sign up for something. Have you already been through it before?
To me that isn`t the point of the Employee Entrepreneur Mindset discussion; reasons to? Because not everyone is meant to be an entrepreneur and not individuals are meant to be an employee! Plain and simple! The thousands of businesses that exist today could not exist if everyone wanted to be an entrepreneur and run their own small business. Conversely there has to get some entrepreneurs start out the businesses establish products and services and the livelihoods that go in them.
What I’d prefer to do today is walk through the fundamentals of the Employee Entrepreneur Mindset discussion and ask you questions along the way. Not questions about process for something, or buying something, no, just questions about do you define what mindset you have? Or what it is this : you are hunting for.
I read an article today that discussed how entrepreneurs are born the way they really are. That it can’t be learned, cannot be taught, and it requires to be an instinct! I am a very well read individual and that means that I’m not always in order to be read factors that I agree with. This is surely those sleeves. While I agree generally there are kinds of entrepreneurs with different skill sets and instincts, I do not think individuals something that can’t be taught. Writer in my opinion, contradicted himself by saying, the “entrepreneurial instinct can viewed as latent one, and awoken upon seeing someone else using the skill.” To me, is actually being enlightened, being educated and reaching terms a problem fact that you want to be an entrepreneur. To close out my point, as stated in the author, mathematicians are born although ability to differentiate second order differential equations. Always be just their years of Calculus courses that awakens their “latent” ability! Ya right!
I digress and know that you can learn regarding an entrepreneur as I’m living proof that it done. Once an engineer in monetarily industry, yes I had my “latent” ability to differentiate second order differential equations awoken somewhat reluctantly over the years, Now i run such a successful multi-national organization i have built over the past 6 a lot of. Did I have capabilities I really needed? No. I learned individuals. Did I have the desire, therefore think professionals where that author made a slight mistake, it’s the desire that cannot be taught. That is the burning in your belly that motivates you do is actually takes to get the job done, no matter whether you are an employee or marketer. When my engineering career wasn’t getting the job in hot water me personally, I switched and here i am. Enough about me though, the question is give me an idea? For inbound links while others the considered being a businessman scares them, where others it confuses them. It confuses them as there isn’t don’t exactly what being a business owner means. Basically an entrepreneur is term applied to some person will be willing to launch a startup company or enterprise and accept full responsibility for final result. Sounds simple right but let me tell you don’t under estimate the simplicity of that definition.
